Meet The Team

Andrea De Luca

Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Founder of Rising Roots Psychotherapy

I believe many of the struggles people experience today make sense in the context of what they’ve lived through, adapted to, and carried for years.

Anxiety, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt often develop as protective responses — not personal failures.

My approach focuses on helping clients better understand those patterns with compassion while creating space for deeper healing, emotional safety, and lasting change.

My Approach to Therapy

I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, helping clients explore the deeper emotional roots beneath the symptoms they’re experiencing.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment.

Together, we explore:

  • relational patterns

  • nervous system responses

  • emotional wounds

  • self-worth

  • boundaries

  • communication

  • protective coping strategies

to help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

About Me

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. Living with a chronic health condition has shaped my relationship with my body, sense of self, and capacity to care for myself. These experiences help me hold space for the invisible struggles many people carry: managing overwhelm, negotiating shifting identities, healing relational or generational trauma, navigating fertility struggles, loss and managing the tension between hope, fear, and self-doubt.

My Christian faith has played an important role in my own understanding of healing, resilience, and meaning.

While Rising Roots Psychotherapy welcomes individuals of all beliefs and backgrounds, I also offer faith-integrated therapy for clients who wish to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the counselling process.

Faith integration is always client-led and approached with care, respect, and compassion.

Registered Social Worker

Becoming a mother is life-changing—and it can also be overwhelming. Many new moms experience postpartum anxiety or depression, struggle with mom guilt, feel constant worry, loneliness, or the effects of sleep deprivation. You may love your baby deeply and still feel exhausted, stressed, or unsure if you’re “doing it right.” You are not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.

I’m Stephanie Fallone, a Registered Social Worker with years of experience supporting women through the perinatal period. Drawing on my own postpartum experience, I provide compassionate, practical support to help you navigate the emotional, physical, and relational changes of early motherhood. Together, we can address challenges like anxiety, low mood, perfectionism, burnout, body image struggles, and the unique pressures of being a mom.

My approach is warm, individualized, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based strategies with empathy and understanding to help you feel more grounded, restore balance, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to fit your unique needs.

If you’re ready to find support, regain clarity, and nurture your well-being, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation today. Let’s walk this journey together.
