Andrea De Luca
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Founder of Rising Roots Psychotherapy
I’m Andrea, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (Qualifying), licensed with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Through Rising Roots Psychotherapy, I support people who are carrying too much — those who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or criticized by their own inner voice, and who long for safety, understanding, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Many of the people I work with struggle with people-pleasing, over-functioning, self-abandonment, emotional shutdown, and relational challenges. Life transitions — including parenthood, fertility struggles, grief, and identity shifts — often bring these patterns to the surface, along with the inner critic whispering, “You’re broken. You’re the problem. You’re weak.”
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to tell the truth — especially the parts that feel messy, confusing, or taboo. When we are met with presence and attunement, nervous systems can settle, patterns can soften, and self-compassion can take root.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. Living with a chronic health condition has shaped my relationship with my body, sense of self, and capacity to care for myself. These experiences help me hold space for the invisible struggles many people carry: managing overwhelm, negotiating shifting identities, healing relational or generational trauma, navigating fertility struggles, loss and managing the tension between hope, fear, and self-doubt.
I work from a trauma-informed and integrative approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Gestalt, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and inner child work. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, gently healing longstanding wounds, and coming home to yourself — however your path unfolds.
You don’t need to perform wholeness here. There is space for all of you — the hopeful, the hurting, the unsure, and the healing.

Registered Social Worker
Becoming a mother is life-changing—and it can also be overwhelming. Many new moms experience postpartum anxiety or depression, struggle with mom guilt, feel constant worry, loneliness, or the effects of sleep deprivation. You may love your baby deeply and still feel exhausted, stressed, or unsure if you’re “doing it right.” You are not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
I’m Stephanie Fallone, a Registered Social Worker with years of experience supporting women through the perinatal period. Drawing on my own postpartum experience, I provide compassionate, practical support to help you navigate the emotional, physical, and relational changes of early motherhood. Together, we can address challenges like anxiety, low mood, perfectionism, burnout, body image struggles, and the unique pressures of being a mom.
My approach is warm, individualized, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based strategies with empathy and understanding to help you feel more grounded, restore balance, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to fit your unique needs.
If you’re ready to find support, regain clarity, and nurture your well-being, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation today. Let’s walk this journey together.
